PRIVACY POLICY
VinSense, Inc. is an Indiana not-for-profit corporation dedicated
to the enactment of sensible laws and procedures governing the
production, distribution and consumption of wine in Indiana.
VinSense, Inc. respects its members' need and desire for
confidentiality.
For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically
recognizes the visitor's domain name. We collect only the domain name,
not the e-mail address of visitors to our web site. We do collect
the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail,
compile information on what pages are accessed or visited, and
collect information volunteered by the visitor, such as information
contained in the membership application.
The information we collect may be used for internal review to improve
the content of our web site. When specified by the visitor, it will be
used to notify such persons about updates to our web site, offers and
promotions, or legislative changes. This information is never used by
and/or sold to outside organizations. Moreover, as a not-for-profit
organization, we will not use this information to market products or
services for pecuniary gain.
In the process of urging legislative changes, it might be necessary
for us to disclose basic information about our membership. We will
do so only in an effort to advance the goals and objectives defined
in our mission statement.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in
place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse,
duplication or alteration of information that we have collected from
you. If you feel that we have not followed our stated information
policy, you may contact us at the postal address, e-mail address, or
phone number listed below.
We collect credit card information directly. Our use of credit cards
is governed by our Agreement with PayPal, which has its own privacy
policy. All funds transfers are electronic, by secure server.
Information (other than e-mail address) is received at
www.vinsense.org and used for
the sole purpose to advance the goals and objectives defined in our
mission statement. The only company that will ever contact you is
VinSense, Inc.
